The Sarajevo Canton Government has been informed about the plans and preparations for the construction of the tourist city “Buroj Ozone” in the Trnovo municipality

The Prime Minister and ministers of the Sarajevo Canton Government, Elmedin Konaković, Jasmin Halebić, Muharem Šabić and Čedomir Lukić have been informed about the preparation process and about the announced signing of the Contract on the Construction of the First Integrated Tourist City  “Buroj Ozone” at the “Sports and recreation centre Bjelašnica-Donja Grkarica-Prečko Polje-Kolijevka” which is located in the area of Dejčica in the Trnovo municipality. The CEO of the “Buroj Property Development” company from Dubay, Ahmed Ismail spoke in more detail about the project that will cover around 137 hectares. The Mayor of Trnovo municipality, Ibro Berilo layed out the plans and the dynamic of securing the necessary infrastructural network, specially concerning the water, electric and gas supply of the facility, as well as securing road links to the facility.  
 
The CEO, Ahmed Ismail spoke about the projects arrangements and preparation stage: “The start of conversations and preparations of the construction of the tourist city was marked with a certain mistrust, not just from the general public, but from our countries business circles as well. Arrangements with the Municipality were good, and we managed to carry over our positive experiences to other investors. Potentials here are great and I am sure that we will open the door for other investors after this project”. 

The project should be implemented in four phases during the period of 8 to 10 years. The first phase should last around one to two years, and this phase includes the construction of villas and hotel complexes, after that, the construction of other content, hospital, squares, malls is planned.
“When the constructions begin all the doubts concerning your intentions will be cast out. The Sarajevo Canton Government and its sectoral ministries will provide you with its full  support”, said the Prime Minister, Konaković.

As Mayor Berilo confirmed, the construction of the supercity near Trnovo should start  in April next year, and only domestic companies will be hired during the building process.  After the construction is completed, thousands of citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be earning money in and around this megapolis.
The formal signing of the final contract on the realization of this project will be done on October 15th in the Sarajevo City Hall.
