The Minister of Economy of the Sarajevo Canton,  Mr. Muharem Šabić has visited  the "Rama-glas" Company.  Mr. Nahid Hasanbegović, director of the "Rama-glas" Company has informed Minister Šabić about business activities of his company which has expanded vastly over twenty years.  Today, this company is one of the leaders in the field of glass processing in construction industry. 

"We actually operate as a group of companies, because in addition to “Rama – Glas”, we have two sister companies “Hano” and “Hano trans”.  These two companies employs about 280 workers," explained Mr. Hasanbegović.  He also mentioned that company "Hano" was relocated to the industrial zone of Vlakovo.  His plan is to relocate “Rama-glas” to some of the industrial zones near Sarajevo in the next three years “Rama - glas" has gained reputation for the quality of its services and innovation both in the domestic and international market.  Constant research and development, investment in the latest technology and strict adherence to international standards has earned "Rama-glas" a formidable reputation for quality and innovation, both at home and abroad ”,  it was said during the meeting.

"We are recognized for the production of aluminum facades.  They can be found at well known objects such as towers UNITIC, Sarajevo City Center and others, and, thanks to the quality of our work we have expanded our market into the European, and lately even to the US market," said Hasanbegović .
On this occasion, the Director stated that "Rama- glas" annually makes a profit of about 20 to 30 million BAM (KM) and we have never been late with the payment of wages, or had losses. "The Ministry of Economy of the Sarajevo Canton will use efforts in  the following year in order to increase funding for the development of industrial zones.  Our goal is to create an environment where businesses and entrepreneurs can benefit more," said Minister Šabić, after seeing that "Rama -glas" is a successful business story. He underlined that it is necessary that the Laws on concessions and public-private partnerships (which are in force for the past five years), finally begin to apply.
