The members of Canton Sarajevo Assembly made an arrangement that the 41st seating of the Assembly will be held on April 24th of this year. The seating will start at 10 AM. Concerning the Agenda of the seating, after the questions of the representatives and initiatives, the representatives will consider the information of the temporary administrator of KJKP “GRAS” d.o.o. Sarajevo regarding the sanation and reorganization of this enterprise, and the management of KJKP “Vodovod i kanalizacija” d.o.o. Sarajevo.
The Agenda will also include draft amendments on the Law on communal cleanness and the Law on communal activities on a urgent procedure, and it will also include Draft Law on preschool education. The representatives will also consider the Proposal of the Decision on giving consent on work programs with a financial plan of 12 public cultural institutions for this year. The Proposal of the Decision on giving consent on the Work program of the Cantonal Agency for Privatization Sarajevo with the Financial plan of the Agency for the year 2018.
The Annual report on the work of the Fund for scholarships and schooling of war veterans and killed civilians (casulaties of war) children of Canton Sarajevo “IKRE” with the Financial report on 2017 and Program of work with a financial plan of this fund for year 2018. The representatives will also consider the Proposal of the Decision on naming the members of the National Minority Council of Canton Sarajevo and the Work report of the Cantonal Administration of Civil Protection of Canton Sarajevo for the year 2017. Information on the realization of the Assemblies conclusions will be held at the end of the seating.
