80th session of Sarajevo Canton Government: Suggestion for the deadline of implementation of the Law on utility services and communal cleanliness is 24 months The Government of Sarajevo Canton set out the draft law on utility services and communal cleanliness and suggested a deadline for its implementation for 24 months, until the adoption of the law on local self-government of the Sarajevo Canton.
The Government gave its consent on the Work programme and the Financial plan of the “Sarajevo Canton Fund for Construction and Development of the Cemeteries of Shahids and Soldiers Fallen in Battle, Memorial Centers and Memorial Sites of the Genocide Victims” for the current year. Along with that, the Government gave its consent on work programmes and financial plans for the current year for 13 health institutions: Clinical Center of the Sarajevo University, Public Institution Prim. dr. Abdulah Nakaš”, Psychiatric hospital of Canton Sarajevo, Public Institution Health Centre of the Sarajevo Canton, Cantonal institutes for emergency medical help, medicine of work, sport medicine, protection of the health of the students of the Sarajevo University, for public health, for health care of women and motherhood, for health care of the employes of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Internal Affairs, for addiction problems, and for the Public Institution “Apoteke Sarajevo”.
The Government also supported the Report about the work of Attorney General of the Sarajevo Canton for the last year. They also accepted the Report on the implementation of the Law on financial incentives in agricultural production in the area of the Sarajevo Canton. According to Minister of Economy Muharem Šabić, for this purpose alone, during the last, the Ministry allocated 0,5 percent of the total 2016 Budget (3,215,000 BAM). The Government also removed the President of the Assembly for the public enterprise KJP “ZOI'84” Nusret Palavra from its duty, because he resigned from this postion. He was replaced by Edina Trklja.
